Why exhibiting at RomExpo Franchising?

The new exhibition places exhibitors at the centre of focus. We identified solutions targeted to the development of your business:
- communication and marketing strategy to guarantee the presence of qualified visitors
- active involvement of the Italian Franchising Federation as event partner that will guarantee high quality standards and professional ethics. A Franchising orientation desk will be available for potential Franchisees and for exhibitors

Why a new format?

The project for this edition was developed to give a more qualified response to both exhibitors and visitors, in a location considered as a business place of Rome. An exhibition area conceived and divided according to product sectors, and a homogeneous architectural choice will offer an increased visibility to exhibitors.

Is it possible to exhibit with a personalised stand?

We offer to you much more than this: the possibility to present your entrepreneurial project by providing you with all the state-of-the-art tools to promote your business; and your office at the centre of the franchising business where meeting potential franchisees.

The cost seems to be much higher than other exhibitions and advertising means. It is true?

This is not correct. It is necessary to evaluate the proposal as a whole, and not to merely calculate the cost per square metre. In fact, you will have at your disposal:
- Our experience to offer a high-profile event to you.
- A 42" plasma screen where presenting your point of sale and your business plan.
- Workshops with distinguished speakers.
- A communication campaign developed around you.
- An elegant location and exhibition area.
- An important media plan.

What are the advantages of the suggested pathway?

It will allow visitors to be better oriented among the proposals of exhibitors, and will guarantee the passage of all visitors. Furthermore, exhibition areas devoted to support visitors will be available, and qualified personnel will be in charge of providing assistance.

Is it possible to participate through my association?

We are fine-tuning partnerships with the main consulting association and companies operating in the sector of franchising. (If your association has not yet signed any agreements with us, ask them to contact us.)

Why is this edition of the expo organised in days excluding Sundays?

The new format favours the encounter between demand and supply without any dispersions whatsoever. We believe that the two days chosen will favour the presence of a selected and interested public.

Is it possible to extend the payment?

Yes, the payment can be made in two instalments. 20% at the moment of registration, and the remaining 80% within the 7th May. Furthermore, we propose a a special offer or those exhibitors that will register within 31st March.

Shall visitors pay an entry charge to access the Expo?

Yes. The visitors of RomExpo Franchising 2011 shall buy an admission ticket; therefore, they will make a considered choice after deciding to invest their time to collect any relevant information.
