What is franchising?

It is a form of collaboration between and among entrepreneurs.

Franchising

The FRANCHISOR producing goods or services grants to the FRANCHISEE the use of its already-established entrepreneurial and commercial formula.

It provides technical assistance and consulting on the working methods allowing the franchisee to manage one’s business with the same image as the parent company.

In general, the commercial agreement consists of the payment of an entrance fee as well as the compliance with the Franchisor’s contract provisions.
